Is there any available functions in CVI/Labwindows library for manipulation on advanced data types such as: linked lists, stacks, hash tables, threes?

CVI does come with a Programmer's Toolbox library (cvi\toolslib\toolbox\toolbox.fp). This tool has set of functions for lists that are very useful.
