I would like to save a graph from CVI to a scalable format preferably SVG. Alternately, eps or metafile formats would be of some help. The graph will likely contains text overlays.

CVI does not have any support for this in the libraries. The only format you can save into is bitmap (BMP), or JPEG if you have the internet toolkit.
