Looking for Contract Help to revise CVI program

We are a small engineering firm in San Jose, CA, USA. Our existing programmers are too busy, and we need help. We have an upgrade to make to an existing CVI program, controlling Sanyo-Denki motor drivers, ready to start immeadiatly, can anyone help with this or point us to someone who can? We have a statement of work, schematics, etc.
