LabWindows/CVI 8.0.1 is now available for download. This is a maintainence version which replaces LabWindows/CVI 8.0.
LabWindows/CVI 8.0.1 is a free update for LabWindows/CVI 8.0 customers.
LabWindows/CVI 8.0.1 uses the same serial numbers as LabWindows/CVI 8.0. If, for example, you already have an activated version of LabWindows/CVI Base, and you install LabWindows/CVI 8.0.1 Base, the 8.0.1 version will automatically try to activate itself using your existing activation code.
LabWindows/CVI 8.0.1 is available as a download. Both the Base and FDS versions are available for download. You will download the Base or FDS version of LabWindows/CVI based on the version of LabWindows/CVI 8.0 you have, since you will need to use the same serial number as the one you got with LabWindows/CVI 8.0 in order to activate the new version.

- Support for LabWindows/CVI RT Module
One significant change in behavior is the LabWindows/CVI Real-Time functionality. The requirements for downloading a DLL to a real-time target directly from LabWindows/CVI have changed in LabWindows/CVI 8.0.1. It is no longer necessary or sufficient to have LabVIEW Real-Time installed. Instead, the LabWindows/CVI 8.0 Real-Time Module must be installed.
