MeasurementStudio LabWindow/CVI 6.0 will not install

I am trying to install the NI developer suite, Test standard edition. I'm currenly trying to install the LabWindows/CVI6.0 and it keeps telling me that C++ is currently running and then it tells me to install sp3 or greater. I found sp5 and tried to install it. It told me that it would not install since it didn't find any microsoft applications that required it.

The installer is probably trying to install ComponentWorks (CW) and/or ComponentWorks++ (CW++). Be sure to do a custom installation and deselect these options. CW requires Visual Basic, and CW++ requires Visual C++ to be installed on the machine.
