Menu operation error, CVI5.5 in Win2000

Hi, everyone!

My environment is LabWindows/CVI version 5.5 patch 1 under Win2000.
I have problem to use menu, Ring menu etc.
If I have use that operation, the application is down.

How could I do, please?
