As you will see, Error 1605 during the install process is a disk-space error. Do you have enough disk space to install NI-DAQ? If so, try copying NI-DAQ 6.9.3 to your hard drive and running the installer from there. (You can also download NI-DAQ 6.9.3 from http://www.ni.com/downloads/).
