My application disappears after running for several days

I have written a program that tests die on 10000 die wafer. After several days of testing the program sometimes disappers from the screen with no warning or error messages. The computer does not crash. Any ideas on pinpointing the problem. It sounds like a memory issue to me. I am running CVI 6.0, Teststand 2.01f1 on Windows NT.

Does the app minimize itself somewhere? Im unsure how the app would just disappear without any notification. Is it still running as one of the processes in the task manager? Does the teststand operator inteface disappear or the CVI code? Perhaps you could add some tracing information ( write to a file perhaps?) to the application that would indicate the steps that application just disappeared at. Might help you pinpoint the function where the problem occured..
