NIMax explorer does not open. I get an error with Appver 4.2.1.3001.

I have version 4.2.1 of NIMAX installed but it does not open and comes up with an error

AppName: nimax.exe AppVer: 4.2.1.3001 ModName: unknown

ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000

Also

When I Open CVI it creates an error telling me NIDAQ version 8.5 could not be found.

I have reinstalled NIMAX & NIDAQ

Also, be sure to remove MAX from the blocked programs in your anti-virus software.
