Now, you have to compile with VC++ or similar to make the DLL--if you want to use his exact code. Otherwise, at the bottom of the article there is a concept summary that you might be able to implement on your own with a little experimentation. The answer is certainly yes, and this guy's method sounds pretty well founded in the API.
