Numeric Slide and minor tick marks not showing up correctly

I'm having a problem with the minor tick marks doing odd things with a numeric slide control in CVI 9.0.1.  Basically, with the "Auto Divisions" turned on, the control looks fine with some combinations of min and max values, such as -10.0 to 10.0.  However, with some values, most of the minor tick marks disappear with only one or two remaining close by the major tick marks, such as -6.5 to 6.5.  See the attached image.  In my application, I set these limits at run time, however, I can get the same behavior editing the UIR file directly.  I've also attached the UIR file.  This seems to be a new behavior with CVI 9.0.1, as I did not see this with my application in CVI 7.1.1.  Thanks in advance for any help!
