Open GL draws.

Hi sirs!
I saw in examples that with OpenGL I can draw cylinders, disks and spheres (gluCylinder(), gluDisk(), gluSphere())...I need to draw other solids such as cubes, cones and parallelepipeds...someone knows if it's possible and with wich functions I can do it!? Thanks!
