When i try to load a Bitmap, (after i used for example adobe acrobat reader), with the function "GetBitmapFromFile" i get the error -12 "Out of memory" this happens ever after i used acrobat reader. i have to restart the computer (Pentium 4 / 3.0GHz / 1024 MB RAM) then the loading works. when i use the Task Manager i can seee that the program has a short peak of used memory while loading the Bitmap. this peak is said to be 435MB when loading a bitmap of 10MB of size. the standard use of memory of the program is around 60 to 70 MB. after a successfull loading of the bitmap, the memory increase is corresponding the bitmap size.
