Panel controls misaligned at run time

Some of the panels I have designed for my application have all or some or the controls misaligned when viewed in a run time application. I am using Windows 7. The panels in question look OK in the designer. Any ideas as to what is going on here and how this issue can be solved?

I am developing using Lab Windows CVI 2012.

Did you set the resolution adjustment in the panel settings to something other than zero? Or are you making any position changes in the code?
