Possible to Create 1.44MB Cab Files in CVI 6.0

In CVI 6.0 under the Create Distribution Kit Menu Option is it possible to create install files that will fit on floppies. In the help it says it is not possible to create directly to 1.44MB. Is there a way to create it Indirectly?

As you read, CVI 6.0 only makes installation files as small as 3.5MB and does not support targeting 1.44MB media as the build location, however, you can use a compression utility like WinZip that will create compressed files that span multiple disks to target your floppy drive. In WinZip if you target your floppy drive as the build location for .zip file it will prompt you to insert another disk if the first one becomes full. When you decompress this file it will prompt you to insert all of the disks that it spanned the .zip image across to recreate the original files. So, just make the distribution kit as described in the CVI help and then use WinZip to compress this onto multiple floppies. You can get WinZip at the following link:
