Previously working project now errors out with 0x000007b followed by Could not run executable.

I've tried reinstalling the NI Labwindows/CVI suite, Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft Visual Studio. Im losing my mind trying to figure out how to resolve this error

Googling that error code shows tons of pages related to a severe system error that could even prevent the system from starting, which does not seem to be your situation so there are more questions than answers here...

Do you have any additional detail about the error?

Are you running the executable or the application in the IDE? Can you run the app from source in CVI? If you run from the IDE do you get the error as well?

Additionally, is there any event stored in Windows Events? If so, it could possibly show some detail more as to which module is in error (whether your application, the RTE or a system module). If it's your app that raises the error you could match the given memory position with the map file generated during compilation to try finding which function is in error.

Proud to use LW/CVI from 3.1 on.
