Hi Anil,
There are only a few more things we can recommend from here. Verify
that you have the same NI-CAN version installed on the laptop this card
works on and your desktop. If you can, try to use a different
PCMCIA-PCI adapter.
If that card is working in the laptop with no problems, then the NI-CAN
card is just fine. There is probably just some small problem with how
that PCMCIA adapter you're using is interfacing with the CAN card. If
that's the case, there's not much we can do about it. You may want to
contact the manufacturer of the adapter you're using and see if they
have any recommendations.
Sorry we don't have much more information for you on this. It's just a
little out of our hands if the card works fine in a laptop.
