hi, I'm ixChariot 6.25 User. And I have some questions.

in ixChariot 6.25, IPTVv.scr script has included.
but, I don't know a basis of the numerical value.

for example, the script IPTVv.scr, why the file_size is 365000?
why the send_buffer_size is 1460? and why the send_data_rate is 1451
kbps?
