Read REG_EXPAND_SZ (AppData)

Hey,
i've got problems with reading REG_EXPAND_SZ Keys Values out of the Registry, in this case it's the AppData Key
it doesn't work useing the RegReadString function,  i  hope you can help me.
or tell me if there is an better way of getting the Path to the Aplication Data folder.
