Recieving the following error during LabWindows CVI install

When attempting to install CVI from our network installation directory, I get the following error.  This has happened on two PCs and also with CVI 8.5 install

Looks like a permissions issue. Perhaps there are IT policies enforced when you log onto the network that lock you out of such changes.  What OS are you using?

Problem found.

McAfee is blocking access to the file.
