Has anyone successfully implemented a stand-alone Win10Ent SHB with DAQmx and data acquisition hardware.

Sorry, no.  If you don't know what SHB is, you can't answer the question anyway.

SHB probably stands for Secure Host Baseline, a version of Windows locked down to meet US government security requirements. Unless you want to develop applications for DoD or similar entities you most likely will not want to use that as it is probably almost unusable

Dead in the water trying to get CompactDAQ and DAQmx integrated with SHB and working.  Until I found a documented issue with Windows Firewall.  Solved....
