Send an instruction to a GPRS Fastrack Supreme?

I want to do a program to send a command to a GPRS Fastrack Supreme with a Rs232 bus. More exactly I want to call a phone number or to send a text message using Fastrack Supreme. Can i do this in LabWindows CVI? CAn you give me some examples?
