440964 relates to the incorrect behavior when passing 0 as the frequencyWidth.

Let me follow up with the team to have them investigate the behavior you are experiencing when setting valid parameters.  If you can provide an example of some parameters which reproduce this erroneous behavior every time, that might help speed up the process.
