Speed of digital output port

Is there a settable rate for writing data on output port
in my NI 6143, which is a Analog Input board, but has a digital
out port? (on port P0)

Hi,

the 6143 board has no possibility for hardware-clocking the digital lines.
The only timing available for that board is in software.
In the same S-MIO family you can find the 6132, 6133, 6115 or 6120 that have digital-clocking capabilities.
