Startup Error: Mesa.dll could not be loaded

Hi,

when starting my CVI application，a popup window is like this

I installed CVI from 2012 to 2017 on my computer before， My computer also has labview 2013 ,When I install new software which use CVI 2017 compiled，a popup window is like that

I'm looking for a solution in BBS，Some one said：

The source is here: 

C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\Shared\Mesa

I put an older version of mesa.dll here and it did the job. No more error for me.

I don't have an older version of mesa.dll  , I want to know how I can solve it,

Hi,

Have you seen tried the suggestions listed in this post ?

1. Install the full CVI runtime with the default settings

2. Leave out the ActiveX module if not needed

3. Install the VS C++ runtime on the deployment machine

Here is a KnowledgeBase article which tells you where the mesa.dll is located in your computer.
