Tachometer simulation data "studen needs help"

I am trying to simulate data for a tachometer with changing RPM in Labview,
I am a beginner in Labview and need some guidance. I have created a VI but cannot figure this out....

You have accidently found your way to the Labwindows/CVI forum.  You want to backup and locate the LabView forum.  They will be able to help you.
