Test Engineers (Software) with LabWindows CVI

I'm the Research Manager with Edelman & Associates, a technical recruiting
firm. One of our clients, a leading medical products company in the Boston
area, has asked us to find them a Test Engineer with Lab Windows experience.
They are willing to pay top dollar and to provide paid relocation for an
excellent candidate.

Our client is a division of a $13-billion company that is a leader in the
health care products industry. This division is comprised of 400-plus employees
actively engaged in the design, development, manufacture, and distribution
of blood glucose-monitoring meters and related products.

The position of Test Engineer will provide you with the opportunity to apply
your creative software skills
to the task of manufacturing blood glucose-monitoring
meters that help to improve the lives of people with diabetes. As a Test
Engineer, you will develop software in C to control test instruments used
in the manufacturing of these products.

Requires:
·3-plus years of software development experience with an emphasis on C
·Familiarity with electronic measurement equipment
·Ability to create, debug, and document test software
·Experience with Lab Windows CVI or GUI for instrument control over IEEE-488
and RS-232 desirable
·BSEE or equivalent

Salary is $60-75K.
