Text Box buffer size

I have found in the old "User Interface Reference Manual" the text boxes
can contain a finite number of lines. In case of using NIDialogMetaFont
the text can contain a maximum of approximately 2,500 lines.
What happens if I insert more than 2500 lines? Can I increase the
buffer size to have more line capability?

Which versin of CVI are you using? This restriction on the number of lines in a textbox was removed in CVI 6.0, I believe. (I'm not entirely positive it was CVI 6.0. It could have been 5.5 or 7.0).
