Third-party FPGA programming

I have an FPGA card from Mesa Electronics.  Can I use LabWindows to program this card, or does the FPGA module only work with NI FPGA?  Thanks.

At this time, the LabVIEW FPGA Module can only program National Instruments boards. The only exception to this is an academic-only board.

In addition, you cannot use LabWindows to progam any FPGA products. You must use LabVIEW FPGA. There is a text-based host programming utility, however.
