When I use Create Distribution Kit command the error "MediaBuild error 519" occurs. How can I solve this problem ?

I have the same error on version 5.0 and 5.5.
The file attached explain my situation.

We have no record of this error in our databases. You should probably contact our technical support engineers and let them help you track down this issue. Are you sure you have write permission to the destination directory? You can contact our engineers by phone or e-mail through http://www.ni.com/ask.

I would need your build settings to confirm this error. Occassionly you will see these type of errors on very short filenames or reserved filenames. Try to change your project name and/or path of the distribution kit.
Also, check to make sure the SETUP.EXE file is in the CVI /bin/ directory. The following files are also needed CVITEXT.DLL, SETUP.BMP.
