I'm not sure what you are looking for when you say .NET CVI. Are you looking for a version of CVI that will compile to the intermediate language (IL)? If so, there are not definate plans for this yet. We are working to integrate our Visual Basic and Visual C++ tools into VS.NET. We already have a release of our VC++ tools for .NET available. What are you looking for when you are saying a .NET CVI?
