When pcie driver installed , run Max and the PC get blue screen and reboot.

I have a new device,and I had a driver that generating by nivisa driver. After I installed the new driver to PC(dell handbook), the PC had blue screen and rebooting immediately.   The device connect to PC with a expresscard cable of X1.   when generating driver for device ,I set the pxi express device,and set the pxi express information as follow:  ------"PXIeSlotDetect",0,"M32 CFG 0x00000054 0xfff80000 0x13;"

Would you please tell me what's wrong I had?
