Where linker settings?

I have problems with linking.
1. Where are the linker settings using NI CVI 2012 and/or 2017?
2. How to get extended messages from the linker, like microsoft linker / VERBOSE flag?

Can you describe further what your problems are with linking? And additionally, what are you trying to link? Are you trying to include DLLs or are you just trying to set up include paths?
