Why does the agilent 34980a ivi-c driver not have parameter information for teststand/ labwindows adapter  use. Can it be added to the prebuilt ivi-c DLL.

In the past I have rebuilt the driver with the source code , but this driver dose not have the *.c file in the source. Only the IVI-com .cpp file are present

That driver is written by Agilent.  You may be able to get the source files you need from them.
