Windows 7 profesional 32-bit drivers - please Help

Good morning,

I bought two GPIB-USB-HS + cards from you

Serial: 1FD4643
Serial: 1FD4850

I have to connect them to the computer where Windows 7 is installed.
I need drivers for this system.

They are not available for download.
I need to connect a GPIB card to the Hitachi LaChrome HPLC.

Please upload drivers on the website or other way.

According to the product page, your device needs NI-488.2 driver, which you can download from this page. Version 20  of the driver supports Windows 7 both 32- and 64-bit

thank you for response.

On the website in the table below - link, for Windows 7 are indicated compatibile drivers 2.8, 3.0, 3.1.

That's why I asked for support since these drivers are not available for download.

Could you please double check that version 20 will be good

In the table there is info that apart from drivers also Service Pack is Required.

Do the version 20 contain service pack already?

Please confirm.

Norbert, I have no experience with your device and the associated driver, I just found that info on NI site and pointed you to that. Nevertheless, both my link and your claim that version 20 supports Win7 SP1, so you should be confident on that.

Regarding the service pack, it refers to a service pack for the OS which you must find directly on Microsoft site.
