This isn't a question, but a bit of community help for others out there that might want to work with these. LabJacks are nifty USB I/O modules made by a Colorado, USA company. I use their products for a lot of different projects.
Unlike a lot of companies that only provide LabView support, LabJack provides a ton of platform examples, including one for LabWindows. However, I found a situation with their library wasn't working. Specifically, the header couldn't be included in more than one of my source files. Their support fixed it in a matter of hours for me. I'm attaching it here for everyone.
