add CVI files in source safe problem

I use CVI 8.0 and Visual Source Safe 6.0

1. I did add CVI files in Visual source safe folder, every thing looking good. However, when I open CVI and try to use CheckIn or CheckOut (right-mouse click) one of those  files ... but those option are disable! Why it is happen?

2. When we use Tools ---> Source Code Control ---> Add source Control ---> OK (the select file is in the list with checked mark) then I see the error (please see the attachment)

Does someone know what I did incottrectly for using Sourse Safe directly grom CVI?
