Hello naderus,

Animated icons are not supported by Windows default behavior.  You can find software online that acts as a skin for Windows and animates icons on your desktop, but this will require additional software.

That it's C#, I don't know in Labview or Labwindows, but as far as I'm concern, there is little support for "shell" development under Labview
