I am trying to use PlotIntensity for my program and am having trouble using a dynamic array for the z values, is this possible.

When you refer to a dynamic array, are you refering to a dynamically allocated array? If so, check out the following shipping example which uses dynamically allocated arrays with the PlotIntensity function: cvi\samples\userint\intgraph.prj and the following post.
