dll access with base package

I am evaluating which package of LabWindows I need. I will use third-party dll's during development.
So do I need the full package to access third-party dll's or base package does that?

You don't need a certain package to call DLLs in LabWindows/CVI. For some detail on using and working with DLLs in LabWindows/CVI, I would suggest taking a look at this awesome tutorial entitled FAQ: Using Dynamic Link Libraries with LabWindows/CVI. Compare the different packages at this link.
