erreur 0c0000147

Bonjour,

s'il vous plait , je reviens pour vous demander j'ai trouvé un programme labwindows de 2010 sur un ancien pc  xp, j'ai le copie sur sur labwindows 2017  sur un nouveau ordinateur window 7. Le programme compile mais quand je l'execute il m'affiche une erreur " l'application n'a pas pu ouvrir erreur 0c000147 ". est ce que vous avez des idée merci
