failed to detect TSC in ModAcc measurement

Iam trying to run an example in GSM/EDGE toolkit,the example is "niGSMMeasureModAcc" and am getting the following error "-311398:failed to detect TSC in ModAcc measurement".

what could be the reason for this?

This is a strange error that I have seen little documentation about.

Can you tell me what version of the GSM Toolkit you're using, as well as what hardware you are using?

I think we may be able to clear this error if we can set the TSC Auto Detection to false, but I will need to confirm this.
