fatal error "dmodt.h" file not found

Hello, 

I'm currently working on a code which is not mine, and I'm facing a compilation probleme. "dmodt.h" file not found.

Of course, this error is quite easy. I know what it means and what to do to be fix it.

the problem is, I have no idea from where the file come from (I don't find it on my disk). Do it is part of one NI toolkit ? If yes which one ? I'm working on LabWindows 2020, maybe it come from an older version ?

Can someone clarify this header ? 

PS: I have installed the Modulation toolkit  in addition of LabWindows and no dmodt.h can be found in it

Ok I found from waht this dmodt.h come from, it come from : CVI Modulation Toolkit 4.1  ( this package can't be downloaded anymore in NI Website )
