formating text in a text box

I have LabWindows CVI 4.01 and would like to format a text in a text box,
for a better presentation of the results.
But it doesn't seem to be possible as a little black square character prints
instead of a tabulation.
The only solution I found is to format the numbers in order to obtain a
satisfying result.

Does someone know a better solution .... ?

To have good-looking presentation of test results you could consider using a
list box instead of a text box. In a list box you can organize your data in
columns by adding alignment codes and/or inserting vertical lines; you can
even improve the look by use of foreground and background colours for text.
Look at the online help for InsertListI
tem() function (look at the help for
'Item label' field) to have a detailed description of all the list box
features.
At the cost of a little boring work in coding...
