If the checkbox located at "Project Menu >> Options >> Project Move Options... >> Fixup Pathnames..." is checked (enabled), then you should be able to move your CVI project (.prj) to any chosen directory on your system. Note that you should also move all other necessary files including source file (.c), header/include files (.h), user interface files (.uir), and any data files or static libraries to this new target directory. Include paths are set under Project Menu >> Options >> Include Paths. Build settings are set at Project Menu >> Build >> Target Settings. If this does not answer your question, then please specify what you mean by change compile directory.
