how do i change word file property?

Hello,

I want to change a word file property with labwindows cvi, but i don't find the option to do that. Precisely, I want to chage the property "Title" of a word document via labwindows. This option is accessible via the menu File --> Properties in word.

The others options like "title" are Subject, Author, Society, ...

I use labwindows cvi 8.0 and word 2000.

I don't beleive that your question concerns NI products but Microsoft products. I think that you need a Microsoft documentation concerning available ActiveX properties providen by Microsoft especially Microsoft Office. The only help you can obtain concerning the correct property to use to access to a particular Microsoft software property can only be given by Microsoft.
I advise you to contact the Microsoft support to obtain the specific MSDN documentation. I have done a quick search one webpages: I think that you can find these informations on this webpage:

Hello,

no this question concerns NI products because I want to change the property of the word document via Labwindows CVI. When I make my document I have an automatic field which correspond to the Title of the document ("field title define in th property of  the file"). To change this field and automaticly update this I must change, first, the word property and then use the function to update all references field.


I use the word report driver and word 2000 driver but i don't found the function to change word file property like title or author.
