how to use point to row column in table

I have wriiten an application in LABview 2009 which uses point to row invoke method for a table. When I deployed it on LABview 7.11, this method was not found. I would like to know if this method is a part of any library or is it a dll so that i can use it in my program.

Also, would like to know the path of the dll or the library for this method. Does base package for LABview 7.11 not have this invoke method for the table. KIndly  let me know if there is any alternate way that can be used .
