To be clear, all versions of CVI use a 32-bit compiler (integers are 4-bytes long, etc...).
However, if you're referring to the OS and not the compiler, there are two distinct installers that come with CVI 5.0 -- one that will install in Windows 3.1 (16-bit) and one that will install in Windows 9.x or NT (32-bit).
