I changed my usb/serial converter to PCMCIA/232/4 from National Instrument and I still get same problem.
My Understanding from most of the reply is not to use USB /Serial converter since the driver for multithread is not reliable.
I don't have any other choose I need to use a converter . So I think I have to filter the bad data which is pain
