I am not familiar with those specific devices, but if the manufacturer can provide a C driver (since Labwindows is ANSI C complient), you should be able to use that with LabWindows. And using LabVIEW, you can make direct calls to the specific device driver dll.
You can try searching for the drivers on your website at the following link:
http://zone.ni.com/idnet97.nsf/browse/
But in case you dont find it, you would probably need to get in touch with the device manufacturer to get the device driver.
